The twins are healthy and hopefully happy in there which is what counts the most. I am anxious to meet these bundles of joy and get to know them. Palmer & Blake I can't wait!

everythings gonna be alright
We have made it through two whole days of knowing that the twins were girls. Jeff is still alive, still in the country, and hasn't gone crazy yet. Yet is the key word here. When the realtor found out she said we needed to meet because we were going to need more bathrooms & closets in our house ASAP. Jeff didn't find that funny at all and I think it scared him a little. See he grew up with a brother and a single mom who didn't have much time for pampering and primping I'm sure. He doesn't understand the hours teenage girls spend in the bathroom drying, curling, spraying, re-spraying, re-spraying again, sitting on the floor crying because their hair looks terrible (even though it looks fine), and finally the 2 hours later a joyous teenager emerges with the same hairstyle she started with. These are moments Jeff has not experienced yet. Oh but he will! He also will deal with the girls screaming at each other, crying to ME, that one of them had their FAVORITE pair of jeans stolen by the other sister and can't find them anywhere and that is absolutely the only thing that can be worn on that day. I speak from experience on this! haha! He also doesn't know how wonderful it will be when that girl is crying on his shoulder because some boy broke her heart or her mother is a tyrant. She will then think her daddy is the only perfect man in the world. At least I did! It is going to be a serious adventure, but if you know Jeff & I well, that situation seems to fit our bill. We have been called a circus of a family before and now I guess we will just live up to it.

the winner is....
Today I went for my 16 week checkup and ultrasound. My parents were in town so they came to the doctor's visit with us to take a peak at the twins. When the girl was checking the twins over I asked her to see if we could get a gender call on them. Even though it was about a week or two early she said, sure, we will look and see if we can see anything. Unlike Ashlyn Kay (who did not cooperate at all) these babies were ready to share their parts with us. Jeff was hovered off me while I was lying on the table like he might pounce on the machine. We originally thought Baby B was a boy and Baby A was a girl. She scanned over Baby B and said, "oh, my this one is a girl". Jeff just sat down and never looked back at the screen. He knew at that moment that they were both girls. The technician tried to reassure Jeff that we had one more chance to get a boy. Jeff knew he had lost this battle. She looked at the second baby (Baby A) and then again there were the infamous 3 lines. TWO GIRLS! No one would have guessed it at all. It was a shock for sure, but then again so was finding out we were having twins. So here we go....The Moran Clan is going to be a family of 3 girls!
Poor Jeff didn't say anything else the remainder of the doctors visit. He said tonight at dinner when we revealed the that the twins were girls that he felt like his life long dream was taken from him. That is so sad. Despite his disappointment we are happy to be having two healthy girls! We are going to name them Palmer Michelle Moran "Palmer" & Blakely Olivia Moran "Blake".
I will post pictures soon! They are adorable.

Hurry up Monday!
Monday is the big day or well we at least hope it is. I go to the doctor for my 16 week checkup and they are going to try and look at the twins genders. Let's hope they can see something. I am going to be so disappointed if they can't. I am ready to give them a name and start planning. Cross your fingers!

14 weeks and counting
So I'm 14 weeks soon to be 15 weeks. I can't believe how time is moving. Too quickly I might add. Nothing major this week going on with the twins and my ever growing body. I did pick up Ashley Marble's bridesmaid dress with my extra yard of fabric. It looked like it might still fit-ha what a joke that was! Jeff couldn't even get it zipped up! What the crap! My boobs have gotten WAYYYY bigger than I thought. I have skinny vision on right now I guess. So we will see what the seamstress says she can do with the frock before Ali's wedding day! I'm going to look like a serious train wreck!
Other than the dress issues not much going on. People have said I am starting to actually look pregnant. Guess that is a good thing.

Hungry anyone?
I probably shouldn't share this, but it is a funny reminder that I'm pregnant.
Last night I was super busy and Jeff was late coming home. I had not eaten yet, but fully intended too eventually. Jeff called and said he was picking up taco bell and I declined. He arrived with a yummy bag of McDonalds instead. I took one sniff of those delicious fries and hamburger and it was all over. Not only did I totally almost eat all of his fries but I took a huge bite of his burger which was loaded. For those of you who don't know me well I do not allow condiments on my burgers, but last night they were amazing! At this point I jumped in the car (looking amazing you can imagine) and drove to the nearest McDonalds. The bright light of the arches were yelling to me. I could not have been happier to eat that large fry and double cheeseburger! This is when I realized, "Man I must be pregnant!"
